Deriving its name from the street on which Zingerman deli's, Detroit Street Brick is a multi-award winning cheese. Made from pasteurized goat's milk, it is aged for 2-5 weeks. Fresh cracked green peppercorns impart a spicy and savoury flavour to the cheese supported by an amazing earthiness and flecks of pepper throughout.
It pairs beautifully with white wines, such as Sancerre. Detroit Street Brick can be served as slices, melted atop burgers.
