Little Dragon is a goat cheese made by Zingerman's Creamery. The rounds are lightly pressed to give a light creamy texture to the cheese. The rounds are then rolled in tarragon leaves which adds a fresh herbal aroma along with a tangy taste. Little dragon has a sweet mellow flavour and is best served on its own or with crusty pieces of bread.
