Liptauer pronounced as lip-tower is a Hungarian cheese made from pasteurized cow milk. The fresh farm cheese made at Zingerman's is used as a base. This basic cheese is then embellished with fresh garlic, Hungarian paprika, capers, toasted caraway and a hint of anchovy. The hot and sweet paprika gives it a perfect balanced taste.
