Takelma

Takelma is a washed rind semi-soft cheese made from raw goat's milk by Pholia Farm Creamery and Dairy. It is aged for 3-5 months during which its natural rind is washed with annatto. The cheese is named after local Native Americans, who have been known to live nearby the farm.
