Aged Goat Milk Cheddar is Redwood Hill Farm's twist on traditional American Cheddar. Made from pasteurized goat’s milk, it has a smooth texture with a sweet, mild flavour. It doesn't have the pungency or goatiness typically associated with most rind-ripened goat cheeses.
Similar to Aged Goat Milk Cheddar, Smoked Goat Milk Cheddar is made to the same recipe but has a smoky flavour that pair perfect with salty chips, zesty salsas and hoppy beers.
