Stella Italian Sharp

Stella Italian Sharp is a Fontina-style cheese named after the flavour, which is full flavoured and sharp, but not overly sour. The cheese is aged for minimum 60 days, during which it develops its trademark creaminess and delicate flavours. This Italian cheese can be added to a wide variety of dishes, including savoury sandwiches and snacks, pasta, pizza, chili, soups and salads.
