Fresh Chevre

Fresh Chevre is Redwood Hill Farm’s pasteurized goat's milk cheese, available in 4 flavours: Traditional Plain, Garlic Chive (chives, organic garlic), Roasted Chile (roasted green chiles) and Three Peppercorn (pink, green, and black peppercorns).

It is fresh, light-textured, rindless cheese similar to a cream cheese, but with only one-third of the fat. Fresh Chèvre is mild and fresh with complex flavours. It is very versatile piece of cooking ingredient and can be used in both savoury and sweet dishes. It will taste delicious with pasta, salads, in a cheesecake or over a bagel.
