Rofumo is an Emmy Roth original, which is made from Fontina by smoking it over hickory wood. The Hickory smoke induces a hint of delicate smokey flavour. In line with the characteristics of the Fontina family this is also an outstanding melting cheese. Thus, it comes as no surprise that it can be used with a variety of dishes like sandwiches and burgers, turkey, beef or veggie.
Pairs nicely with Cabernet Sauvignon, Chipotle Ale or Lager.
