Sartori Reserve SarVecchio Parmesan

SarVecchio Parmesan is an award-winning Sartori cheese, wherein the Wisconsin-based cheesemakers follow the tradition of the greatest cheese of Italy, the Parmigiano Reggiano. Their Parmesan is aged for at least 20 months for an outstanding firm, dry, deep golden interior interspersed with grainy amino acid crystals.  This extraordinary cheese has a characteristic fruity flavour balanced by lightly roasted caramel notes.

Grate it onto pastas, soups, salads or just enjoy it solo. Serve this delicious artisan cheese tastes with Chinati, Port, or Sherry. If you are a beer drinker, try IPA, Sweet Cider or dark malty ale.

This American cheese has won many awards including a 3rd place at the 2012 American Cheese Society.
