Bianca is a fresh, soft, hand-made cheese made from a mixture of sheep's and goat's milk, produced by Tieton Farm & Creamery in Yakima Valley, Eastern Washington, US. This spreadable cheese has the tanginess of goat's milk and undertones of butter of cow's milk. Bianca can be served with veggies, salads or egg dishes.  This creamy cheese is hand wrapped and sold in markets in 4-oz portions.
