Connemara is an American original, goat's milk cheese named after Paula & Carl Sandburg's farm & goat dairy in Flat Rock, NC. It is a stark white, firm aged cheese with pineapple-y aroma and flavour. Though goat’s milk flavour is indisputable, the flavour is still mild and pleasant.
