Margot cheese is a semi-soft cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk in Piemonte, Italy.  Margot Blonde Ale (contains wheat gluten) is added in the milk and aged over 30 days.  After maturation, it develops inedible rind. This full-flavoured beer forward cheese has sweet and bitter taste.
