Morlacco, also known as Morlacco del Grappa is an Italian cheese from Monte Grappa, Veneto region, Italy. Earlier cheesemakers used to produce Morlacco cheese using cow's milk and uncooked curd. 

Nowadays, a mixture of skimmed milk and whole milk is used. It is ready to consume after 20 days but can be further aged for up to 3 months.
