Morlacco is known as Morlacco del Grappa cheese originates from Italy. Earlier cheesemakers used to produce the cheese using cow's milk. An uncooked curd was used to produce this low fat, soft cheese.
Nowadays a mixture of skimmed milk and whole milk is used. It is ready to consume after 20 days but it can be further aged for up to 3 months.
