Crucolo comes from Trentino in Italy. It is a unique cheese with sweet, spicy and also bitter taste. It has scents and molds of Rifugio Crucolo from where its name is derived. It is matured in the cellars of Rifugio Crucolo. It is one of restaurant built in the heart of Trentino by one of the Purins' ancestors. Caradori is always found with a slice of steaming polenta of Crucolo, a typical local traditional dish and wine near its fireplace. It is served as table cheese at lunch or pre-dinner with olives, hazelnuts and proscuitto.
