Introduced and produced by Rachel Stephens on her own farm, Curworthy cheese comes in two variations: Meldon and Belston. It is a unique full-fat, semi-hard cheese produced on old farms situated deep in the heart of the rich Devon countryside, England.
Curworthy cheese with creamy interior has a supple and open texture as well as a buttery taste. Made from pasteurised cow's milk, it is a vegetarian, semi-hard cheese. The production of the cheese follows traditional methods from 17 century. No additional colour or preservatives except salt that increases its life is used during its production.
