Ragstone is an English pasteurized goat's milk cheese made with animal rennet at Neal's Yard Creamery. It may contain a very little amount of cow's milk. It comes in a log shape, reminiscent of well known creme fraiche. The texture is smooth, dense with creamy-white mould rind and savoury, lactic and lemony flavours.
