Beauvale
Beauvale is a soft blue cheese made by Cropwell Bishop Creamery Ltd in England. The cheese is made using Pasteurised full-fat cow's milk, salt and animal rennet. This mellow blue cheese with a natural thin coat has won 'Best Blue Cheese' at the 2017 British Cheese Awards.
Beauvale is a great table cheese and goes well with crackers, bread, salad or fruit, pasta or grilled meat.
