Gorwydd Caerphilly is an artisanal Welsh cheese made by Trethowan brothers in Somerset, UK. The flavour near the rind is creamy and mushroomy.

This traditional cheese has won several prestigious cheese awards. It pairs well with Viognier and Chardonnay.
