Cressy Blu produced by Fifth Town Artisan Cheese is a raw milk blue cheese made from Bruna Alpina cows raised in the Lombardy region of Italy. The cheese is aged for 90 days in special limestone ageing cells to develop creamy, sweet, savoury flavours. It pairs well with a full-bodied wine, hot fruit chutney, rye bread, onion preserves and sweet liqueurs.
