Bufalino

Bufalino is a creamy and strong cheese made by a Casa Madaio dairy farm in Cilento, Campania, Italy. It is produced by combining two cheeses namely caciobufala and ricotta. Ricotta, salt and finely chopped Caciobufala are mixed together to form a creamy, consistent, white coloured paste. This soft, white, creamy cheese is sold in markets as a paste packed in a linen bag.
