Tozzetto is made from buffalo's milk and butter by a Casa Madaio dairy farm in Cilento, Campania, Italy. The taste of this cheese is sweet and nutty with a smooth feel of fresh milk. When pressed and aged, the cheese becomes firm and creamy giving away hints of almonds.
