Produced by Romaniae Terrae, Pecorino Re di Pecora Erborinato al Tè Nero is an Italian cheese made with highly selected sheep's milk, pasteurized at optimum temperature. It is a compact, ochre-coloured cheese, with a somewhat marbled effect. The cheese wheels are covered with tea leaves and then left to mature in virgin fir crates. The tea leaves give the cheese a unique scent and flavour that matches perfectly with wild berries honey and a glass of Port.
