Château de Versailles is a soft cheese made in the style of Brie with 100% pasteurized cow's milk. It is a classic soft cheese with a creamy, velvety texture enveloped by a downy white bloomy rind. The off-white interior gives off a slight ammonia aroma contrasted by a gentle flavour with a creamy buttery taste. This cheese goes well with either white or red wines. It can be used in a variety of recipes ranging from appetizers to entrees and desserts.
