This truffled cheese is soft and with a white bloomy rind. The cheese is made using Bath Soft Cheese but with a layer of truffle in the centre. Once cut into, it reveals an ivory-coloured interior with a spear of truffle. It comes wrapped in limited edition parchment paper with Bath Soft classic red wax seal. Made with their own pasteurised cows' milk, this cheese is paired with a truffle to make an exclusive addition to your cheeseboard.
This cheese is a four-inch square and weighs approximately 120 grams.
