Le Roulé is a hand-rolled cheese log filled with garlic and herbs or cranberry or pineapple. It was initially produced in the 1980s by Fromagerie Triballat in the Center region of France. Made with pasteurised cow’s milk; the cheese is easily recognisable due to the distinctive swirl pattern. This North-East French produce has a creamy, melt-in-the-mouth texture with a combination of fresh herbs or cranberry or pineapple added in for that extra zing.
The Garlic and herb Roulé is made from cheese logs rolled up on garlic and herbs, It can be easily sliced and enjoyed with bread.
The Cranberry Roule is versatile and tastes great when spread on fresh bread or included in a sandwich.
In the Pineapple Roule, pieces of pineapple provide a delightful bite while the creamy taste of cheese melts in the mouth.
