Milawa White was originally a Milawa Blue that did not develop any blue veins. Over the time it has developed into a soft and luscious creamy cheese with a delicate texture. It imparts a yeasty and earthy flavour underlined by an acidic savour.
Milawa White is made with cow's milk and non-animal rennet. It is aged from six months. The cheese melts beautifully in a toasted cheese sandwich or cheese sauce. Goes well with champagne or lighter-style wines.
