Yering is a fully matured fresh cow's milk cheese from Yarra Valley Dairy located 50 kilometers from Melbourne, Victoria in Australia. A white mould cheese is allowed to mature for six weeks. A fully aged cheese has a buttery and mushroomy aroma in the classic Camembert style. This soft textured cheese is slightly sweet in taste. Eat Yering with sliced pear, balsamic onions or crusty bread. It pairs well with Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling.
