Milawa Blue is an Australian cheese produced by a specialist cheesemaker located in North East Victoria. Inspired by Gorgonzola Dolce, it is an extremely mild, creamy and soft blue cheese underlined by a well-balanced, buttery flavour with rich, sweet notes.
It standouts on a cheese platter along with fresh tart apples, walnuts and quince paste. It also melts beautifully on a pizza or with prosciutto and fresh figs. Pair it with a dessert wine or fruitier sweet reds.
