Milawa White

Milawa White was originally a Milawa Blue that did not develop any blue veins. Over the time it has been developed into a soft and luscious creamy cheese with a delicate texture. It imparts a yeasty and earthy flavour underlined by an acidic savour.

Milawa White is made from cow's milk and is generally loved by the cheddar lovers. The cheese melts beautifully in a toasted cheese sandwich or cheese sauce. Marries well with Champagne or lighter style wines.
