» Harbourne Blue «
One of the most favorite British cheeses that has twice won medals at the British Cheese Awards. It is unpasteurized, vegetarian, blue cheese of round shape made from goat's milk. The cheese is produced by Robin Congdon and Sari Cooper of Ticklemore Cheeses in Devon. The cheese has a sweet aroma and a spicy tang which is typical for all blue cheeses. The period of curing and maturing takes three to four months.
