Penbryn is an organic, vegetarian, hard cheese that comes from Wales. This cheese has a lot of flavours, nutty, fruity, sweet and grassy. Penbryn is a round-shaped, cow's milk cheese similar to Gouda. The maturation period is two months and the cheese tastes of melted butter.
