Bluebell Falls Cygnus is a fresh chevre log with a smooth and creamy texture. It is aged from 2 days to 2 weeks and is made from vegetarian renet. The cheese takes its name from the swan-shaped constellation of Cygnus. It is also available flavoured with garlic, black pepper, honey and dried herbs or garlic honey and thyme. The honey gives sweetness whilst the garlic and herbs add a hint of herbaceous twist.
