Irish Porter is an award-winning, pasteurised cow's milk cheese produced by J.O.D. Foods, Effin, Kilmallock, Ireland under the brand name "Old Irish Creamery".  This handcrafted cheese produced using Guinness-brewer Porter is smooth in texture with a distinctive marbled pattern which is the most attractive part of the cheese.  The cheese has won a silver medal at the World Cheese Awards 2011.
