The golden yellow Irish cheese is mild and creamy with hints of rich and velvety notes. It tastes very similar to a young Dutch Gouda cheese, making it perfect to pair with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling or Gewürztraminer and fresh fruit.
