Foods, Effin, Kilmallock, Ireland under the brand name "Old Irish Creamery".  This handcrafted cheese is naturally smoked using Irish oak generate subtle, smoked flavour along with firm and smooth texture. The cheese has won a bronze medal at the World Cheese Awards 2011.
