What is Hebridean Blue cheese?

Produced by the Reade Family at the Isle of Mull Company in Scotland, Hebridean Blue is a semi-soft blue cheese made from raw cow's milk. With a natural rind, the cheese matures for approximately 8 weeks.

Displaying a crumbly texture and a creamy palate, it showcases remarkable blue veining. The flavour profile is characterized by a subtle booziness and salinity, complemented by a hint of piquant spice resulting from thorough blueing.
