Port Nicholson is a semi-soft cheese made from fresh cow’s milk. It has a smooth and creamy texture with washed rind. Produced in New Zealand, this cheese has orange colour and contains 40% fat.  It is similar to Port Salut cheese because of its sweet-sour taste and smoky aroma.

Suitable for grilling and melting, Port Nicholson goes well with Pint Noir wine.
