Made in Italy, Buffalo Mozzarella is exclusively made only from the milk of a water buffalo. Smooth, creamy and white, it is unlike other types of cheese because it is sold and eaten fresh. The cheese is well-known for being used in pizza and lasagna.

Manchego is a popular sheep’s milk cheese that is semi-soft with a firm buttery texture. Originating in Spain, this cheese works well with sherry and is usually aged for different months and sold in a variety. The freshest serving is after two weeks of ageing, while the Viejo variety is after 1-2 years of ageing.
