Marzoline comes from Mugello town in Italy. It is fresh, ivory-coloured semi- hard cheese. It is made from pasteurised sheep’s milk. Il Forteto is the originator of many famous best cheeses among which one of special is Marzoline. In springtime this cheese is made using old recipe. This cheese get exceptional flavour from the firm taste of milk. It is served with black pepper, olive oil and sea salt. It can be substitute for mozzarella in insalata caprese or just melt in pizza.
