Dolomiti is a typical cheese from northern region of Italy. It is made from pasteurised cow's milk. It is aged lightly as table cheese. This ancient cheese was first created in creameries situated in the mountains of Belluno. Now-a-days it is produced by Lattebusche and has maintained it's distinct and real flavour. It also looks for the processing of milk that comes from mountain dairy farms. It is traditionally served with polenta with a glass of red wine. It is best with soups, stews and sauces, as well as sliced into salads, grilled sandwiches. Also used in Polenta and Risotto dishes.
