Crucolo - Duplicate

Crucolo is from Val Campelle region in Trentino of north Italy. It is mild, piquant flavour and buttery cheese made from cow’s milk with a tangy finish. It is matured for two months and kept in cylindrical form. It has ivory tan coloured interior with its irregular holes throughout. It is mild cheese and flavour reminds of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
