Caprino comes from alpine environment of Busche in the Province of Belluno. The main area where it is produced is rich in grazing land that is devoted for farming. It is made from blend of pasteurised goat and cow milk. It is sweet and distinct favor when it is young. After maturing, it develops more and more intense. It can be consumed as it is or in cube form in salads. It can be used to decorate starter with raw vegetables.
