Camembert del Nonno
Camembert del Nonno comes from the Cuneo province in Piedmonte. It is rich, pure and soft cheese with bloomy rind. It is made from White Piedmontese cow’s pure and rich milk and the origin of this cow is from the region of Piedmont. This cows graze on green mountaintops of Cuneo, which results in rich milk, are prized high. Pasteurised milk and cream makes cheese soft and rich in taste. Its rich taste of cheese becomes a real treasure. A very fresh cheese and has to be consumed within seven days of delivery.
