Staffordshire Organic Cheese is organic, raw milk, vegetarian cheese that comes from Staffordshire, England. It is made by a dairy of the same name which produces other organic, raw cow's milk cheeses such as Oak Smoked, Plain Organic and Organic with wild garlic. The dairy also makes organic hard cheese from raw sheep's milk.
