Organic Farm

Organic Farm is a semi-hard cheese from Käserebellen, made from daily-fresh organic hay-milk processed on organic farms in the valley of the Großes Walsertal, the forest of the Bregenzerwald and the Bavarian Allgäu. This "allergy friendly" cheese is 100% GMO-free and without fermented foodstuffs. It has a very soft consistency and natural rough rind produced by the continuous care taken during three months of maturing.
