These two Gruyère-style cheeses - one plain and the other flavoured with cumin seed, are semi-firm with a rich, buttery finish. They are made by hand with only raw organic cashews, cold pressed organic coconut oil and packaged in 100% compostable containers. Aged for a fuller flavour, you can enjoy them on your favourite cracker, in a sandwich or add it into casseroles. They also make fabulous addition to a fondue or pasta sauce as well as compliment fruits such as pears, apples and blueberries.
