Four Herb Gouda is a hard organic cheese made from unpasteurised cow's milk. Produced by Rients Rympa, the cheese has a boulder-shape with natural rind and a creamy texture.
It has a rich and nutty taste and the flavour of fresh, finely cut herbs. This cheese takes three to six months to mature fully.
It is suitable for vegetarians and can be served with Cabernet Sauvignon wine.
