Champignon de Luxe Pepper is a soft-ripened, double-cream cheese made by Käserei Champignon, Lauben / Allgäu, Germany. The green Madagascar peppercorns are added to the local cow's milk that gives mild spicy flavour to the cheese. The cheese can be eaten with bread or fruits. It pairs well with strong white wines or red Bordeaux wines.
