Amul Processed Cheese

Amul Processed Cheese is made from graded cow/buffalo milk using microbial rennet. The cheese is available in blocks, tins, slices and chiplets. It is a good melting cheese that can be used in a wide variety of recipes, be it soups, pastas, pizzas, toasted breads or casseroles. Fruits such as apples, pears and melons make a delicious paring with Amul cheese.
